  • 1. What did I feel from Yoga Nidra - when I first started my yoga nidra practice I cried because I realized how much I needed this practice. At the end of our 10 week course I was filled with Joy. Yoga nidra feels so good. I always feel rested, refreshed and restored. It's like I pressing the reset button for emotions. 2. What benefits & infulences yoga nidra has brought into my life - yoga nidra practice has brought a sence of healing into my life. It serves as a pathway to freedom and joy for me. I feel like I have become more open to living life to the fullest because of Yoga Nidra. 3. What does Prema bring into my life. Prema is very well trained in Yoga Nidra Teacher as I have never experienced the effects of Yoga Nidra like this before. Prema brings gentleness and kindness and teaches from the heart, we are very blessed to have her as our teacher and looking forward to joining the next lot of Yoga Nidra teachings with her.   • Yoga nidra Dear Prema I loved your yoga nidra practice and they were a big help for me. It has influenced my Life. I have been doing yoga and meditation for a few years now. I have been to different yoga classes with different teachers. I never lasted long because it was not the yoga I was looking for! Meditation was the same. I could not concentrate on the one thing. My mind always drifted off. When I started yoga with Prema I knew straight away it was right! Spiritual and not as full on. Powerful but soft! When Prema started a 5 wk Nidra Yoga course I wanted to do it. I had no expectations and no idea what it was about. But after the first session I felt so relaxed, calm and good. The difference with this meditation is that you lie down on your mat and listen to Prema’s beautiful voice. The more I practised the better I felt. So calm so relaxed my body awareness was amazing. It cleared my mind. I could go to my special place to find stillness. I never experienced that before. So beautiful! It influenced my life. I have less stress, I sleep a lot better,I am more aware how my body feels, I can take distance now from situations, I am so much more aware of everything. I feel happy and lucky. Prema is a very special person to me, so beautiful so spiritual so soft. She explains everything so well! She has a beautiful voice to listen to.   • 1. The practice of Yoga Nigra works like an intense healing balm on the body and mind. Yoga Nidra functions like wonderful meditative calming of all the sensations of the day re-calibrating my spirit and soul towards a profound sense of peace and quietude. 2. The only way i can respond to this question is to parallel Yoga Nidra to many forms of meditation. Like Yoga Nidra such practices allow me to become more acutely observant , refining my powers of deep listening and seeing. Such embodied practices also refine the capacity in me to step back and take a wider critical view of the dramas of life before deciding to speak, move or act; & hopefully, to do so in a more proactive manner than often is the the inclination of my initial reactive responses to the vicissitudes of a day. 3. Prema is more a guide than a teacher ... a gentle presence that engages each person to explore the balance between their inner and outer expressions of life through the ancient wisdom of yoga. Her open hearted joy and wonder that informs every one of her classes coupled with the natural dappled beauty of her forest surroundings brings a quality of awe and humble reverence to every session that not only honours every individual privileged to partake in the open play of yoga but also leaves one filled with a connected zest for life.   • How did you feel at the end of each practice or the end of Restorative Yoga ? I feel otherworldly but energised and very calm. The next morning I feel like I've had an injection of life and am reenergised to get up and go the stress build up has gone. What were the benefits of this style of yoga to you and have they had an influence in your life? Restorative yoga does work on a cellular level for both energising the body and calming the mind. Doing restorative yoga regularly prevents stress build up for me it breaks the cycle. I know about it if I haven't been for a while. It keeps me emotionally balanced and better able to deal with life's challenges and difficulties as they arise. What does Prema bring to yoga for you ? Prema exudes love, caring and calmness her delivery of restorative yoga sessions and deep meditations are like amicable you just sink into her soothing voice and leave everything else behind you are present in the moment on her beautiful rainforest deck in bliss.

  • Yoga Nidra 5 week course At the end of each practice of Yoga Nidra I felt a warm sense of peace and calm. When you manage pain this can be hard to attain, so the gratitude for this is and learning how to attain this space is truly a gift. Prema's guidance and skills always allowed me to reach that place, I value what I learned in the group sessions and learned from what other members shared afterward. The benefits are many, the breathing techniques and meditation serve me well at home and during my day I often think about what Prema spoke about at the beginning of the sessions...setting intentions. It's a lovely practice, so personal and brings the focus back to what's important - perspective. I often find myself taking a few deep breaths, closing my eyes and reminding myself of my intentions when I feel overwhelmed. This has actually been a real gift, I'm so grateful. Prema brings a wealth of experience to yoga. When I moved to Palm Cove from Tasmania 5 years ago, I went looking for a good yoga teacher that could manage a body that had endured many injuries. In Prema I felt serendipity stepped in, she is kind, gracious, and has so much knowledge of her craft, Prema lives her craft and it flows through to those lucky enough to attend her sessions.   • Thankyou for your recent online meditation course. It was the first time I have committed to a medatitive practice each day for 7 days. It was incredibly helpful in so many ways as it has enhanced my daily yoga practice. I find your voice very soothing and your guided meditations have all been exactly what I have needed at the time.   • Just back from rooftop yoga in Palm Cove what a great session, Prema had a beautiful energy and really made it easy to relax. Great stretching and balancing poses. Will go again. Frank Colac Victoria

Her gentle and healing massage touch will have you blissed out in minutes! Such a beautiful treatment to receive. Prema's yoga sessions are joyful, meditative, and always a pleasure to attend. The restorative yoga sessions and Soul Rest Days are particularly delightful - held on her private rainforest deck with a limited number of people for your comfort - leave you feeling transformed and so peaceful - ready to face whatever life has for you next.
